How to Get a Spirit Guide Helper

Hello from Tucson Arizona USA,



So, you don't have a spirit guide helper yet. You have come
to the right place.  In this blog, I will give you ideas about
what spirit guide helpers can and will do for you.  Also, I
give you step by step instructions in order to properly and
safely get your own spirit guide helper.


Recently, a  fellow psychic friend on facebook posted that
he was on line and waiting for $25.00 US lottery tickets for
a traveling broadway show.  He said, "that he wasn't called."
I commented, "send you Spirit Guide Helper to get you a place!"
This is what prompted me to write this blog.


This blog is not a theory about Spirit Guide Helpers, I have
and personally work with my Spirit Guide Helper at present.

What is a Spirit Guide Helper                                                      
                                                                                                            

He or she is a spirit being that agrees to work with you for
a particular time frame in certain areas of life. They volunteer
for this assignment in order to advance themselves by doing
this type of service.   They have access to your information
on the other side (spirit world).  So, they pretty much
know everything about you.

"I like to think of them as your personal assistant/liason
to working with the psychic/spirit world."

They are not your servants, they are here to work with you.
Please treat with respect or they will leave you.

While attending a Psychic School in the Berkeley CA area,
I was given a Spirit Guide Helper in one of my classes.  This
was my first introduction to working with the Spirit World.


All I had to do was ask him by name to do a task.

According to Rev. Betty Tatalajski of the Temple of Universality
Tucson, Arizona.
"The commission is in their name. You must speak their
name in order for them to help you."

Some of the things that my Spirit Guide Helper did with me
at Berkeley.

. Found parking spaces for me
. Gave me psychic healings
. Gave my friends psychic healings
. Found me jobs
. Found me introductions to people
. Got me lottery ticket to the show "Wicked"
. Moving toxic people out your life.
. Helping you find good deals at stores.

These are just a few of the things that my Spirit Guide Helper
did for me. Use your imagination to work with your own
Spirit Guide Helper.

Step By Step Instructions

1st.  You need to be prepared. A little reading about
Your Band of Guides usually helps you become
acquainted with your Spirit Guides and their functions.

2nd.  Find a quiet place where no one can bother you.
Set up 2 chairs, facing each other.  One for you, and
other for your Doctor/Teacher.

3rd. Place protection around the room.  (A Good Protection
Prayer should be said, and visualize the room being
filled with an Archangel Michael blue energy.)

If you don't have a prayer, this is a good one:
"The Light of God Surrounds Us
  The Love of God Enfolds Us
  The Power of God Protects Us
  The Presence of God Watches over Us
   Wherever we are, God is."                                              

4th.  Sit in the chair and ground yourself into the
earth. Either through your feet or sending a line
of energy down from your tailbone to the center
of the earth.

Set the intention that you are going to met your
Dr/Teacher in this meditation.  By setting this                

intention you are calling your Dr/Teacher to
sit in the chair across from you.

Once, this is done. Try to get a sense of their
presence, seeing or feeling.  It is fine if you
don't get any sensations.  Just start using
your imagination.  Imagine what they look
like, what type of clothes they are wearing
from what period of time, etc.

Introduce yourself to them, ask them for their
name.  Get an idea of what they are saying.
It may be a picture (worth a thousand words)
an idea or even a voice.

Explain to them, that the reason you have called
on them, is that you would like to be assigned a
Spirit Guide Helper that you can work with.
You know that they can find the right person
for the job.

See what their response is:

If no response is received, then give instructions
that you would like to meet your Spirit Guide Helper
in some way that you will know they are with you.
                                                                                                 
Example: In a dream, or even perhaps  through songs
on  the radio, if you hear the same name 3x in that day
then it is your Guides name.

Thank your Dr/Teacher for coming and let them know
you look forward to having more conversations with
them in the future.

Mesmer's Contribution to Spiritualism

This weeks blog is a tribute to Franz Anton Mesmer who will be
280 years old this week.  Born on May 23, 1734 - March 5, 1815.
Mesmer for whom is known internationally
for the technique named after him, called Mesmerism.
One form of Mesmerism is the trance like state that a medium
goes into in order to connect with the spirit world and give messages.


Mesmer theorized that the tidal influences of the planets also operate
on the human body through a universal force, which he termed:
"Animal Magnetism".

Mesmer created a healing system that rested on the belief that illness
was caused by depleted levels of animal magnetism in the body.
and these could be replenished by the healer transmitting some of
his own abundant magnetic force across the ether to the patient.
Using a complex and lengthy sequence of hand gesture known as
the Mesmeric Pass.

These healing caused people to go into what we would call a hypnotic
trance state, which was first called mesmerism or mesmeric sleep.

Franz Mesmer contribution to spiritualism came through his
technique of Mesmerism that was demonstrated in the United States.

The Spiritualist Contact:
Mediums are able to be put in a trance-like state and give messages
from the spirit world, to dictate books, prescribe illnesses and give
cures.

It influenced Andrew Jackson Davis, known as John the Baptist
of the Spiritualist movement.

The Spiritual Healing

In a Spiritualist Church, some part of the service is devoted to healing.
Todays spiritualist, usually perform some type of placing hands
on a person and allow the animal magnetism to follow from the
healer to person being healed. ( Allowing the assistance of the
spirit world to help us do this.)

Mesmer Speaks from Spirit World

From my reading and research it seemed that Mesmer used the
science of observation to come to many conclusions.  Mesmer
was what we would be considered an explorer.
(At this point of writing this blog, I was over come with a feeling
of someone standing over me in Spirit.) He started to dictate this:

"I loved, the practice!  It was all unknown at the time.

I would use trial and error. In early trials, I would record 

what worked and what did not.

 I would have an amazing amount of exhilaration after a particular 

success with a patient. I would be very anxious to record the results and 

findings.  One such finding that I was particularly very interested 

in was the phenomena of the sixth sense (clairvoyance) while

the patient was in a trance like state.  They were able to foresee 

future events and give unknown information.

After, many of my followers developed and expanded on 

my finding in different ways.  Some went to develop 

hypnosis to be used in different areas."

Todays, blog is about "Harry Houdini the Spiritualist," and his
message from the Spirit World.  Houdini explains that psychic
phenomena is real, he regrets his mistakes of the past.  He is certainly

Secrets of The Spirit World ( Energy Triangle Magic)

Todays blog is about using the concept of creating a thought form 

through the use of a triangle. This is considered a deeply esoteric magical

act, it was written about by Alice Bailey in the Treatise of White Magic.

1. I will explain the uses of creating this energy triangle.
2. Give you step by step instructions to create it.
3. Give a success story that has manifested through this creation.
4. After the manifestation happens, how to put a rest to this magic.

1. The Concept (What is the Energy Triangle)

The Triangle is a group of (3) individuals focusing their thoughts on a specific

issue. They all agree to participate in sending their energies everyday for a 

minutes time to grow this thought form until it is strong enough to perform its 

specific service that it was designed for.

2. Uses of the  Energy Triangle

The Triangle can only be used for a good cause.  Examples can be to save

someones life, (finding a donor, recovering from a sickness). Reuniting a

Agree on the purpose of creating this triangle, for whom, what or where.

Find (2) other individuals who agree to link with you for a few moments

Once your core group is created, and the topic of focus is chosen,

now your primary visualization and creation of this thought form 

takes place.

Whether it is for a person, place or situation the (3) of you 

saying in unison for the first time say:

We form this triangle placing (So & So) in the middle.

Visualizing the outcome, and saying:

We see (So & So), saying: 

"Everything is perfect."

That is it! You have created it, the thought form. Now everyone 

agrees to link in and re-visualize  this creation every day.  It makes no 

difference whether it is performed at the same everyday as long as

each person participates in the energy growth of this agreed upon form.

The Success Story of a Past Energy Triangle Creation

A story of a family being separated through visa troubles.  The wife went

home to Mexico for a visit and was denied re-entry into the US. The projected

wait time was (1) years time.

3 individuals who were all in agreement to making a commitment to 

create a triangle and work with it everyday.  

The focus was to re-unite this family again in the U.S.  They focused

on visualizing and placing the wife in the middle of the triangle.

St. Paul replies from the Spirit World!

As spiritualist and a member of the Temple of Universality here in Tucson, AZ.
We believe that truth can be found in all religions.  Whether it is Gandhi, Buddha
Rev. Martin Luther King or Rev Moon. I am fascinated by people who have
created history and shaped our world.

Here at the Temple of Universality, it is a privilege to be able to attend something
called a trance circle. (Trance circle is where Spirits from the other side of the veil
can carry on conversations with us in the physical. The spirits speak through a
medium who is in trance.) Rev. Kristine Fossetti is a trance medium who conducts
them 2x a month.

In a previous blog called "Sometimes a Spiritual Awakening can scare the BeJesus
out of you!!" I wrote: I wonder what St. Paul thought when he heard the voice of
Jesus after he fell from the horse?  On second thought I am going to ask him
next time I attend a trance circle, and report back to you my readers.

comes in to ask him for me.

This is what Rev. Betty reported back:

St. Paul indeed come in through the circle and he spoke for a while. Then he started
telling Rev. Betty what happen him on that day on the road to Damascus.  Rev. Betty
said, "I did not not have to ask the question, St. Paul already knew."

This is what was said by St. Paul in spirit "When Jesus appeared to me, it scared me!
I fell off my horse. I thought the christians were going to kill me!"
(This is one where it scared the Jesus in and not out of someone.)

The fact that the bible never states that Jesus appeared to him, only about a light
from heaven.  Makes me wonder what else has been lost in translation?

St. Paul had taken another embodiment of Saint Hilarion in 290 A.D.
He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine.

Sometimes a Spiritual Awakening can scare the BeJesus out of You!!!

Suppose everything that you were taught to believe as the truth, was all of
a sudden proven to be false.   How would you handle this?

Would you embrace the new truth? Or would you try and hold on to what
you want to be the truth?

• I think it is somewhat like going through grief
• Denial 
• Anger
• Bargaining
• Depression 
• Acceptance

Take my own spiritual awakening, it was something like the picture
above.

On my 27th birthday I started hearing voices. It was like someone turned
on the volume inside my head.  Guess what, I freaked out!!!!
I started running around trying to stop the voices.  Imagine telling people
that you hear voices.  Guess what they put me in the psycho ward.
(The best part of this experience, is that I actually set this up. As a spirit
we get to set up our future lives in advance.  So I am a little crazy?)
You be the judge!!!

Being in the psycho ward, gives one some time to reflect.  I decided I was
not going to tell anyone that I heard voices anymore. I was going to
find the cure myself.   I eventually found the cure and embraced becoming
a psychic medium.  So, now when I hear one of the voices, I usually
just translate and say so and so is saying this...

This episode is the story of the Spiritual Awakening of Rev. Betty's friend
Dr. Ken King.  Dr King is now in spirit and communicates through the
seances that are conducted as part of the Temple of Universality.

Rev. Betty gives Dr. Ken King's background as a clinical psychologist from the
state of Florida.  Rev. Betty explains that Dr. King heard about the power of
the mind, and uses it to heal others. But, when it comes to himself, he is
slow to believe in it.

One day out of desperation, Dr. King performs a internal procedure on himself,
similar to an operation.  After, the operation is successful. Dr. Kings hears two
voices, they are of twin  doctor brothers who introduce themselves as having
helped Dr. King with his own procedure.

This starts to shake Dr. Kings world. He is hearing voices. He has told many
people that these voices are not real.. And now he is hearing them!!
There is much more.

Rev. Betty tells the story much better, but you get the jist.


"I think that the spirit world uses this world as their
television."   Because, some of the stuff that happens is like us
watching a movie.

I wonder what St. Paul thought when he heard the voice of Jesus,
after he fell from the horse.  On second thought, I am going to
ask him?  Next, time I go into the spirit circle and St. Paul comes
through.  I will ask him and report back to you my readers.

In this episode Rev. Betty gives a reference to the day March 31st, 1848, which

she calls the renting of the veil.  The event Rev. Betty is referring to is the 

Fox sisters in Hydesville NY, this is the event that was first considered to 

be the beginning of modern spiritualism.

how she electrified water just by breathing into it.  Rev. Betty witness
flames shoot up out of the bucket.. She tells the story of a man who
was brought to her carried in a blanket by 4 men. This person tells her,
how he is due to get heart surgery in New York.. Shree tells him all
he has is a pinched nerve. Heals him, and he walks away.

A Valentines Message from the Grave

Its October in Tucson, the weather is changing. Fall is in the air, the nights are getting
chilly, the days still in the 80's.  Halloween is nearing, this is time of the year, (the one
time of year) when the veil is thin.  The Spirit world can visit the earth plane for those days
All Hallows Eve and All Souls Day.

The View from the Other Side

Hello Everyone,

If you haven't other wise noticed I am a tad fascinated with the after life.
Or, what I tend to refer as the other side of the veil. People are living over
there, cooking and baking, playing golf and doing things they enjoy doing.
Maybe, I have the grass is greener on the other side of the fence syndrome.

This weeks blog is about a story of the view from the other side after a tragic

Rev. Betty tells a story about a young girl who has been accompanying her
father every summer, since she was 10 years of age. To a place called Camp
Chesterfield, a Spiritualist Camp in Indiana, USA.  The girl's name is Petra.

Petra after graduating high school had asked her father, if she could stay home
with her boyfriend that summer instead of going to camp.  While driving in
the car with her boyfriend Paul and her best friend, they get into a tragic car
accident.  Her boyfriend Paul and her best friend make transition to the other
side, Petra survives.

Petra goes on to college, she is depressed living with survivors guilt. She meets
another boy named Paul in college, who is living  with a similar depression.
Talk about the Law of Attraction in action.. He was also experiencing a similar
loss.  Since, we are responsible to the degree of our awareness. Petra tells Paul,
"there is no such thing as death."  Which Paul really can not understand.

The next summer Petra goes to Camp Chesterfield and brings her friend Paul
from college.  Petra and Paul attend a trumpet circle.

Petra's first boyfriend Paul and her best friend speak through the trumpet to Petra.
They tell Petra, "We thought you died."  They say, they really don't remember the
accident, they just remember standing outside the car.  They say, to Petra:
We were looking inside the car where you were sitting, and there was a big white
light where you where sitting, we could not see you. We both thought Petra was
killed."

Not, realizing that they were on the other side.. They said, they were surprised later
that they made transition and not Petra. They also said, (very cheerfully) we are very
happy here. We love our life here. They tried to convince Petra, that they were in a
place that they chose, and it was beautiful.

Petra also attended a spirit card circle. (A spirit card is a picture of the person
that appears on the card) Both Paul and her best friend placed their pictures on
Petra's card.

"Connecting with Tucson Spiritualists"

Your Band of Spirit Guides, and why it is IMPORTANT for you to know them!!

Greetings from Tucson, Arizona USA



If you received knowledge of the existence of a long distance relative that wanted to
meet you and they said they could help you.  Would you contact that relative?

This exactly what your band of spirits guides is, they are friends on the other
side of the veil - who are here to assist us, this lifetime.   The Choice is yours!

If your are interested in knowing these persons who have volunteered to stand
beside you and assist you this lifetime, then you just need to state (publicly or privately): 

"I you wish for my guides to make themselves known to me."

This is all you need to do. This statement has granted them the permission to go about
working on this matter.

Let us examine these guides and their functions:

Doctor of Philosophy - DR. TEACHER:  He is in charge of the band, usually
giving directions to the others in the band.  He or she is primarily concerned with this earth
life.  They work with you in anyway you need them to. Generally, this guide is someone

you have had lifetimes together.

Writing, advice and support are of their main functions.    

(Example) my Dr. Teacher is dictating this to me.

DR. CHEMIST:  We have our own personal physician that we can call on. When Jesus
said,"Physician Heal Thyself."  He was referring to the Dr. Chemist to start healing people.

Their primary purpose is to keep a proper chemical balance in your physical body.

They have told us if you leave a glass of water next to your bed at night and they

will add whatever nutrients you may need to help give your body attain better health.

JOY GUIDE: They come as a young Person but are very high

spirits. They have worked hard to be able to work with you so close to

the Earthplane. They bring upliftment and gaiety, guiding your lifestyle

to balance recreation and work. They are always eager to serve.  

Call upon your joy guide when you are feeling down, or are looking for 

creativity.

HEALER: Normally work with you: some of the forms they may take
are of a nun, nurse or someone in that type of field.  Healers are always
available to heal you, or someone you know.

When you put your hands on someone for healing

they place their hands over yours or on your shoulders.

They always hear your prayers.

Have you ever been guided to touch someone for no known reason?

Your healer is working through you.

PROTECTOR: They are almost always Native American (westerners).
According to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, it is discarnate people
of the red & yellow races that manifest the wisdom of the heart.
(Gentle Intelligence).

They help prevent accidents for you, if Karma permits,

or lessens the seriousness of the accident if it must happen.

Know, you are never alone, you have a powerful protector.

Protectors have been known to guide a person through the darkness.

Even though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear 

no evil, for you are with me; Your rod and staff they comfort me.

These are the primary guides concerned with your earthly life and
there is one more. 

MASTER TEACHER: They are the highest guide of your band. They

are concerned mainly with your spiritual path.  Spiritual direction

and guidance of divine matters is their function.. Usually they belong

to a higher realm (Can be an Ascended Master or ArchAngel).

When that question," Why I am here?" comes to mind.. Call out to

your Master Teacher.  "Master Teacher why Am I here?"

You will surely receive your answer, in whatever way you need at

that moment.

the Light of God always shine upon you."
