How to Meditate in 10 minutes

First off there are many different types of meditation, this is what I call the 10 minute meditation.

This meditation is given to us, by Rev. Betty Tatalajski from the Temple of Universality, Tucson

Arizona.

This meditation is designed to awaken the Kundalini fire located at the base of the spine. As 

we awaken this kundalini fire we become a little less rigid, a little more kinder and compassionate.

Find a comfortable chair, sit feet on the floor or cross-legged. 

Breath in and out a couple of times. 

You may want to record this mediation and play it, back to yourself.

Close your eyes.

Focus on the top of your head. Visualize a bright star about

12 inches above your head. Now Breath! As you breath, visualize

the light of the star filling your lungs and expanding throughout 

your whole body.

Next move your awareness to the brow, between your eyes.

It is from here we call on Lord Agni (Lord of Fire)

to guide us in this meditation. Lord Agni is in charge of

guiding the kundalini fire, safely up the spine.

The assigned Masters and Archangels are in charge of

safely guiding the kundalini energy in and through the

chakras.

Assigned to each chakra is an Ascended Master, that stands on 

the left of you.  An Archangel that stands on the right of you.

We allow Lord Agni to take our attention to the base of the spine,

the first chakra area. Here Lord Agni introduces us to

Master Serpis Bey & Archangel Gabriel, Lords of the 4th ray.

We breath in to this 1st chakra to a count of 4,

hold to a count of 4, and breath out to a count of 4.   

This is where the Kundalini fire resides, it is a white ball of

fire. (Referred to the Serpent of Wisdom)

This Kundalini fire gently awakens & starts to move around

and throughout the chakra. We stay here for about

1 minute. Then we bid our goodbyes to Master Serpis Bey and

Archangel Gabriel

Next Lord Agni has us focus our attention on the 2nd chakra

(navel).  Here we are introduced to Master St. Germain &

Archangel Zadkiel, Lords of the 7th ray.

We breath in this chakra to a count of 4, hold to 4,

and breath out to 4.

We allow the kundalini fire to move throughout

this chakra. The color violet swirls throughout.

Allow the violet to transform your thoughts into actions,

and your doubts into certainties. Your fears into positive accomplishments.

We stay here for a minute.

Then we bid our goodbyes to Master St. Germain & Archangel Zadkiel.

Next Lord Agni has us focus attention on the 3rd chakra

(solar plexus) called the Ocean of Emotions.

Here we are introduced to Lady Master Nada & Archangel Uriel,

Lords of the 6th ray.

We breath in this chakra to a count of 4, hold to 4,

and breath out to 4.

We allow the kundalini fire to move throughout this chakra,

the color Ruby-gold swirls throughout this chakra.

We hear the words:" Peace Be Still."

We stay here for a minute, watching the rough seas of

our emotions calm to a gentle stillness.

We bid our goodbyes to Lady Master Nada & Archangel Uriel.

Next Lord Agni has us focus our attention to the 4th chakra (Heart).

Here we are introduced to Master Paul the Venetian and 

Archangel Chamuel, Lords of the 3rd Ray.

We breath in this chakra to a count of 4, hold to 4,

and breath out to 4.

We allow the kundalini fire to move throughout this chakra.

Here we are taken to our chapel room, we see 3 bright

flames  burning on our alter. (Fleur-de-lis).

One pink, one blue, one yellow, representing

the triad of spirit. (Love, Will & Wisdom).

We stay here for a minute, watching the 3 flames

spin to a violet color. We allow that violet color

to move throughout the body, healing and rejuvenating

us.

We bid our goodbyes to Master Paul the Venetian & Archangel 

Chamuel.

Next Lord Agni has us focus our attention to the 5th chakra (Throat).

Here we are introduced to Master El Moyra and Archangel Mickiel,

Lords of the 1st ray.

We breath into this chakra to a count of 4, hold to 4,

and breath out to 4.

We allow these Great Masters to guide the kundalini fire 

throughout this chakra.

We stay here for a minute.

We watch color blue swirl throughout this chakra, awakening

the will and power of the spoken word, inspiring you to share

your knowledge with others.

We bid our goodbyes to Master El Morya & Archangel Mickiel

Next Lord Agni has us focus our attention to the 6th chakra (Head).

Here we are introduced to Master Hilarion and Archangel Raphael,

Lords of the 5th ray.

We breath into this chakra to a count of 4, hold to 4,

and breath out to 4.

We allow these Great Masters to guide the kundalini fire

throughout this chakra. We watch an Emerald green color

start to re-activate the pineal & pituitary glands, our

birthright is being restored. The gifts of clairvoyance, prophecy 

and many others are re-awakened. 

We stay here for a minute.

We bid our goodbyes to Master Hilarion and Archangel Raphael

Next Lord Agni has us focus on the 7th chakra (Crown).

Here we are introduced to Master Lanto and Archangel Jophiel,

Lords of the 2nd ray.

We breath into this chakra to a count of 4, hold to a count of 4,

breath out to a count of 4.

We allow these  Great Masters to guide the kundalini fire

throughout this chakra.

We stay here for a minute.

As we stay here we watch a yellow-gold color swirl around

this yellow-gold is filled with a higher intelligence (wisdom)

Answers are given, we are given

a deeper understanding of our lives.

We watch a Golden flame appear above our heads (Ascension Flame)

We bid our goodbyes to Master Lanto and Archangel Jophiel.

We are back in the presence of Lord Agni, he explains:

"This is called the Marriage of Heaven and Earth."

We have just connected our lower chakras to our upper ones.

Lord Agni bows to us and acknowledges our efforts.

He invites us to call upon him again, whenever we choose

to practice this meditation.

When your ready , come back into an awareness

of being in your body and open your eyes.

I have been personally using this meditation, everyday for 

the last week.  I definitely recommend you try it.

How to Contact the Karma Board

Why someone would want to contact the Karma Board.  Let us examine who and what the Karma
Board really is..
First what is Karma, according to the Chopra Center, the definition of Karma is: Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind . . . what we sow is what we reap. And when we choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of our karma is happiness and success.

The Lords of Karma, or Karmic Board, are eight cosmic beings of the Great White Brotherhood, chosen by God to work as a group to administer justice in this system of worlds.
God has anointed the Karmic Board to act as mediators between the perfection of the Law and the imperfection of those who have departed from the state of grace. They serve at the level of the Christ Self of mankind, daily weighing the balance of mankind’s use of energy Above and below.  They are the supreme court of our solar system.

The Karmic Board determines when and who and how and where you will embody with what parents, what increment of karma you will be required to balance in this life. They are the ones that give dispensations, allotments of energy—if you show yourself more than willing to serve, more than willing to balance your karma. They can increase an allotment of light or they can take from you if you are squandering your energies.

Their actions determine the release of light to the planet and they are completely responsible for the hours of birth, of death, and the cyclic release of karma which comes from them through your Holy Christ Self.

The Lords of Karma adjudicate the cycles of individual karma, group karma, national karma and world karma, always seeking to apply the Law in the way that will give people the best opportunity to make spiritual progress. When the Karmic Lords release a spiral of karma for the planet, the entire nature kingdom plays a part in its descent, which is always according to the law of cycles.

They are very important ascended masters. And when you establish a rapport with them through invocation, you can come into the position where you become the master of your own karmic cycles.

Life Before Life

Before you born, you participated in a review before the Karmic Board.  There, you’re given your papers, your assignment. This is what you’re to do in this life, and it’s so accurate it says on those papers at what age you’re going to meet so-and-so with whom you have a karmic debt, at what time in what position you’re going to do this, you’re going to do that, when the opportunities will come for grace—it’s all written down.

You know it in your soul. Sometimes you feel it coming. Sometimes you feel you’re about to meet someone that’s going to be a difficult problem, or you’re about to meet someone or find something out that’s going to change your life.

Some people have told me that they have had visions or dreams where they were spoken to by an angel of the Lords of Karma who told them that at a certain age, a certain something would happen to them, a certain enlightenment, and that it did come true at that age.

Ask the Karmic Board to free you from what you would like to get rid of. What qualities and bad habits burden you and impede your development? Direct the momentum of your praying during the following half-year at eliminating your dear imperfections. And you will not recognise yourselves in a half-year. The more energy of the prayer you undertake before the Karmic Board to release during the following half-year, the sooner you will free yourselves from all your unlucky attachments and karmic problems.

So, in order for you to take advantage of the dispensation and to write letters to the Karmic Board, you must thoroughly analyse what you would like to get rid of first of all.

- Address to the members of the Karmic Board, list all your requests and wishes.

- Undertake either praying or other obligations upon yourself, which you are ready to perform regularly during the following half-year.

- Commit to writing your requests and obligations, ask Archangel Michael and the angels of protection to accompany your letter to the destination, directly to the Karmic Board, and burn your letter.

- You can leave a copy of the letter, and in a half-year, on condition that you fulfill the obligations taken upon yourself, you will see what has changed.

I am sure, you will get rid of one or several of your main faults. Do not forget about gratitude. And as soon as you get rid of your problems, write a gratitude letter to the Karmic Board.

#2 my personal Favorite is through the Temple of The Presence:

Since our outer self in somewhat clumsy in writing our letters to the karmic

board.. We often ask for things to happen, or be healed, without knowing what the actual core of the

matter is.  We often just ask for the effect to be healed.. If you ask for someone to intercede on your

behalf, someone like Mother Mary, she will translate the letters working with your own God self.

In your highest and best good, and state what healing and transmutation needs to take place

and then present it, to the Karmic board on your behalf..

On Wednesdays The Temple of the Presence offers a Mother Mary Novena, broadcast on the

internet.

You can submit your Letter to the Karmic Board, to their website and Mother Mary will

deliver them to the Karmic Board for you.   

Or you present your letter to Mother Mary yourself, you need not be Christian to have 

her do this on your behalf.. She represents the Divine Mother Flame for this planet,

we are all her children..
